Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Keelio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Keelio.

2. What Keelio is

Keelio is a trading and betting journal that lets you log trades or bets, view performance analytics, and receive AI-generated insights about your patterns and behaviour.

Keelio does not provide financial, investment, or betting advice. The Edge Score, Pattern Spotter, Tilt Detection, Edge Breakdown, and AI Daily Summary features are analytical tools generated by AI based on the data you provide. They are intended to help you reflect on your own historical activity — they are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, place, or avoid any particular trade or bet, and should not be relied upon as such. Past performance and AI-generated commentary on it are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading and betting decisions.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at support@keelio.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the data you log. Keelio’s analysis is only as good as the data you provide — incomplete or inaccurate logging will produce unreliable insights.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Keelio offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (currently Basic and Advanced), billed monthly via Stripe.

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time via the billing portal in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you’ll retain access to paid features until then.
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continuing to use a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Promotional pricing (such as a first-month discount) applies only as stated at the time it was offered and does not carry forward to renewal periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Keelio for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or tier restrictions
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free-tier credits or promotional offers
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract Keelio’s underlying models, prompts, or source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including attempting unauthorised access to other users’ data
• Resell or redistribute access to Keelio without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI-generated content

Insights, scores, and narrative summaries are generated using third-party AI models (currently Anthropic’s Claude). While we aim for these to be accurate and genuinely useful, AI-generated analysis can be wrong, incomplete, or fail to capture context that isn’t reflected in your logged data. You should apply your own judgement when interpreting any AI-generated content within Keelio.

7. Referral program

If you refer another user and they subscribe to a paid plan, both you and the referred user may receive a credit as described in the app at the time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the referral program, or to withhold or reverse credits obtained through abuse of the program (such as self-referral or fraudulent signups).

8. Intellectual property

Keelio, including its branding, design, and underlying software, is owned by us. You retain ownership of the trade data you log. By using Keelio, you grant us a licence to process that data as necessary to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

This includes our team reviewing trade data — including individual trade entries, not only aggregated statistics — to understand patterns, troubleshoot issues, and inform our own understanding of trading and betting behaviour as part of improving the product. We will not sell, license, or distribute your individual, identifiable trade data to third parties without your consent or a legal requirement to do so. 9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Keelio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated analysis will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keelio and its operators are not liable for any trading or betting losses, financial decisions, or other losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on any analysis, score, or insight it provides. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these terms or change the service over time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date when we do, and for material changes we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify active users.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
